What to do if the connection fails? 1. Unplug & hold for 5 seconds to reset. 2. Reconnect via AP mode (refer to the video guide). 3. If the plug doesn't connect, look for the "SmartLife-xx" hotspot in AP mode. Contact the support team for assistance if not found, or check your router settings.

How to use the plug with third-party voice assistants? Connect the plug to the Smart Life App, then link your third-party service account (Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings). You can also activate the "Smart Life" skill in the third-party voice assistant's app.
